12 models in series production — every one is built to your valve body.
HANDSUN (Ningbo) manufactures the pilot head that sits on a solenoid valve — the tube assembly (guide tube), moving core, spring, seal pad and the matched solenoid coil. The 12 models below are the sizes we already run in series production; each one can be built to your valve: thread, tube OD × height, way / position (NO–NC), voltage and power, electrical entry, tube material and finish, seal material and packing. Send the valve model number, a sample photo or a drawing and we will confirm the interface.

Tube assembly outside diameter × height, thread, way, NO / NC, seal pad and the matched coil are the interface data we confirm per order. Service fluid, pressure range, ambient temperature and electrical entry follow the application — tell us the media and duty and we list them on the order confirmation.
What can be customised
- Thread / port — metric M12×1 … M30×2, or NPT 1/8-27 / 1/4-18; other threads to drawing
- Tube assembly OD × height — Φ10×28 to Φ22×50 standard; intermediate sizes to your drawing
- Function — 2-way or 3-way, normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO)
- Tube material & finish — stainless steel or brass; passivated / nickel-plated surface
- Seal pad — Φ5.0 to Φ10.0 standard; NBR, EPDM or FKM rubber to suit the media
- Coil & electrical entry — AC or DC, voltage and power on request; matched coil HDS-C210 … HDS-C730; terminal or flying leads
- Marking & packing — laser marking, neutral packing or your own label (OEM / ODM)

- Send the valve model number, a photo of the existing pilot head, or a drawing
- We confirm the interface: thread, tube OD × H, way / position, seal pad and coil
- Sample lead time approx. 1 month; series production approx. 1 month
- Price and MOQ depend on model and annual quantity — state the target quantity in your enquiry
